File
- Open File = Ctrl + O
- New File = Ctrl + N
- Save File = Ctrl + S
- Print = Ctrl + P
Format Cells
- Format Cell option = Ctrl + 1
- Wrap Text = Alt + Enter
- Insert Cells = Ctrl + “+” (plus sign)
- Delete Cells = Ctrl + “-” (minus sign)
- Fill Down = Ctrl + D
- Fill Right = Ctrl + R
Font
- Bold = Ctrl + B
- Italic = Ctrl + I
- Underline = Ctrl + U
Column + Row
- Select Column = Ctrl + Spacebar
- Select Row = Shift + Spacebar
- Insert Column & Row = Ctrl + “+” (plus sign)
- Delete Column & Row = Ctrl + “-” (minus sign)
Calculation
- Sum = Alt = “=” (equal sign)
- Absolute / Anchoring ($) = F4 (press F4 to toggle the absolute position. make sure still in editing option)
Date & Time
- Insert current date in particular cell = Ctrl ;
- Insert current time in particular cell = Ctrl Shift ;
Moving Around
- Switch Between Program = Alt + Tab
- Switch Between Sheet = Alt + Page Up/Down or Ctrl + Tab
- Move to next change column/row = Ctrl / End + Arrow Key
- Go to cell A1 = Ctrl + Home
- Go to end of range = Ctrl + End
- Hyperlink = Ctrl + K
- Find = Ctrl + F
- Replace = Ctrl + H
- Go to cell = Ctrl + G
Misc
- Undo = Ctrl + Z
- Repeat = Ctrl + Y
